Wanda Báez has built her professional career in the US Federal Government as a management analyst who is currently working in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). She also served as the coordinator of the Intergovernmental Hispanic Council on Federal Employment for the Director of Diversity and Inclusion in OPM. In her arts advocacy role, Ms. Báez served as an Arlington Arts Commissioner from 2010 to 2017, a citizen-based group appointed by the Arlington County Board recommending policies and procedures in grant allocation.
Wanda has a B.A. in Psychology (Magna cum Laude) from the University of Puerto Rico, and Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from The American University, Washington DC.
